• Learning From My Wagering Failures

1st to explain why I write this article. I have been betting on the web or at a brick and mortar betting houses for a great many years. I have discovered, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are beaten. Particularly if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you’re just having fun until you start to be aware of your squanderings and the anguish sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can get it back" repeatedly. It does not works. Then you feel sick in your gut and the more you attempt the quicker you are deprived.

When you notice that you are ahead, STAY on the UP! When you start to be beaten, don’t tell yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and again and again, trust me, this concept hardly ever works. Say you are betting on slot games, have an amount set aside before beginning your play. Don’t exceed that limit, no matter how alluring. If you happen to win, put that in a different pot. Don’t risk your successes no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your original set limit, call it a day. Head out, regardless if it’s on the web or at a brick and mortar betting house, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, another time.

Remember, gambling should be FUN not backbreaking, sickening work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t manage the loss, do not even begin.
